1. Overview
Druckhaus Koenig (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operating the website at druckhaus-koenig.de, respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy explains our procedures for responding to notices of alleged copyright infringement.
We comply with the provisions of the DMCA and respond promptly to valid notices of claimed copyright infringement. If you believe that any content on our website infringes upon your copyright, please follow the procedure set out in this policy.
2. Copyright Infringement Notification
If you are a copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that content on this website infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA notice to our designated copyright agent. Your notice must include all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., a direct URL).
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as your address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Incomplete or inaccurate notices may not receive a response. Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be liable for damages.
3. Designated Copyright Agent
Send all DMCA notices to our designated copyright agent using the following contact information:
Email: dmca@druckhaus-koenig.de
Subject Line: DMCA Copyright Notice
Website: druckhaus-koenig.de
We recommend email as the fastest method. Written notices sent by post may take significantly longer to process.
4. Our Response to Valid Notices
Upon receipt of a valid and complete DMCA notice, we will:
- Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
- Notify the user who posted the content that it has been removed or disabled.
- Forward a copy of the notice to that user, who may then submit a counter-notice.
We aim to process all valid DMCA notices within 3 to 5 business days. We reserve the right to terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
5. Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notice to our copyright agent. Your counter-notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and its location before removal or disabling.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of Federal Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not notify us within 10 to 14 business days that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the infringing activity, we may restore the removed content at our discretion.
6. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to our website for users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others.
7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of our website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
